Through yoga poses, breathwork, meditation, and games, children and their caregivers will learn how to incorporate the principles of yoga (balance, focus, flexibility and strength) into their daily lives. Learn body awareness and tools to help develop positive coping skills. The last 10 minutes of class focus on meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques that children and adults can use when they are feeling overwhelmed or upset. Presented by Yoga Sprouts in collaboration with 3 Sisters Yoga of Avon.
